Quincy Catholic Schools – Quincy, IL

I’m currently working with the Administrative Leader and Foundation Executive Director on a full redesign and digital strategy for the Quincy Catholic Schools website. Their existing site has become dated and overly focused on news releases, rather than effectively showcasing the four individual schools or connecting with prospective families.

Our goal with the new site is to simplify and clarify the message. We want the main QCS website to act as a welcoming entry point that guides visitors to each of the four schools while still providing umbrella support and shared resources through the administrative and foundation offices. The design strategy aims to complement, not compete with, the marketing work each school is already doing.

Another key objective is to clearly present the Quincy Catholic Schools Foundation as its own distinct, yet connected, entity. The new layout ensures smooth navigation between both organizations, maintaining one unified visual identity while highlighting their separate roles and missions.

We’re in the early development phases, focusing first on the homepage layout and content flow / creation. The current design mockup, not yet mobile responsive, reflects this direction...a cleaner, more intentional experience that invites families to learn, explore, and take the next step in discovering our Catholic schools.
